Revamp of Reward system ~ Gonna put 12 things I want, each on a piece of paper in a 5lb reward box. Every 5 I lose, I get to pull a paper. In addition, When I hit the following, I get the following.
190 lbs - New Work Out Outfit.
180 lbs - New Tennis Shoes
170 lbs - Bathing suit
160 lbs - Kiosk Ring
150 lbs - 2 full me days of work, no one else!

Hmmm how will this work? Do you have to make both the date and the weight to get the reward?
Back in the day when I was seriously dieting I had 2 reward systems - one for staying on my plan over time (I did it weekly, but it could be other intervals) and other rewards for major milestones - some were a specific weight number, some were pants of a certain size etc)
having both really helped me, because something was always in my grasp…
maybe I should go back to rewards…
