01/05/09 - Total Cals (1555 - 130 exercise/1425) wont bore myself with details, but I counted
01/04/09 - Total Cals - ( 1450-105 exercise/1345)
- B- 1 turkey patty (90), 1/2 grapefruit (55), 1 pancake (105), 1/2 tsp syrup 20 ~ (270/270)
- S- Nothing
- L- Taco salad, 5oz turkey150 , salsa 20, chips 140, potato 150 ~ (460/730)
- S- 1 cup oj, 1 banana (220/950)
- D- 3oz fish 100, fried potatos 200 :( and broccoli 50 ~ (350/1300) whoo hoo.. I can have a glass of wine~
