 each 8 ounce glass of water = 5 raindrops    64 (eight glasses) ounces bonus = 25 raindrops    80 (ten glasses) ounces bonus = 50 raindrops (beyond 10 cups no longer counts for points)

1/2 cup of vegetables = 5 raindrops    2 cups bonus = 25 raindrops    2 1/2 cups bonus = 50 (beyond 3 cups no longer counts for points)

1 piece or serving of fruit = 5 raindrops    2 piece bonus = 25 raindrops   3 serving bonus = 50 raindrops (beyond 3 pieces or servings no longer counts for points. bananas, apples, and oranges are all one serving or piece for this challenge)

NO EATING FOR TWO HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED = 500 raindrops.  And I REALLY MEAN NO EATING AT ALL!  And no drinking of anything other than water and herbal teas.  This is something that I personally have trouble with, and that it why I am making it count for soooo many raindrops.

One Daily Multivitamin = 100 raindrops *This only counts once a day*

One Minute Of Any Type Of Designated Workout such as swimming, elliptical, walking, running, pilates, yoga, aerobics, zumba, etc = 1 raindrop     30 minute bonus = 25 raindrops   60 minute bonus = 50 raindrops

Weekly Work Out Bonuses =  2 workouts a week bonus = 25 raindrops   3 workouts a week bonus = 50 raindrops    4 workouts = 75 raindrops    5 workouts = 100 raindrops              These are tallied up at the end of the week. In order to count the day you MUST have at least twenty-five minutes of designated workout activity.

Bonus Weekly Challenges -500 raindrops each *maximum of once a week for each challenge*

On the 27th, 3rd, and 10th the past weeks daily raindrops will be totaled along with the number of workouts a week bonus (if applicable), and the additional weekly bonus challenges.  Once again, THERE ARE NO WEIGH-INS for this challenge, but of course you can do your own weigh-ins if you want to.  I will try to keep raindrops updated daily.

Each week 3 bonus challenges will be posted on Sunday.  You will have the week to complete these challenges (only one time each) if you would like to do them.  When the week is over these three challenges no longer count for raindrops.  The bonus challenges are all about self care, and will be TOTALLY FUN things.
