Breakfast/Lunch
Family Reunion :p
I have no idea how much was in any of this, I forgot my salad at home
I had beef n noodles (one scoop)!
Asian Salad ( 1 scoop)
5 baby carrots, 2 pieces of broccoli, 2 pieces of celery
A few pieces of chicken breast
and a diet pepsi!
I know it wasn’t much of anything!
Dinner
QDOBA!!!!!! I splurged since I already ruined my day with the reunion I figured why not!
I got the lean pork NAKED with black beans, rice, corn salsa, lettuce, grilled peppers!
The nutrition fact says 540 calories
I ruined it by having Chips and Guac! I seriously am addicted to GUAC! BUT I only ate teh broken ones
BUT my awesome diet buddy sent me a link for guiltless guacamole it’s only 65 calories a serving. Imma try it :p
Evening
1 little cup of Musselman’s applesauce from Steak and Shake and a water!
I then went to bed ![]()
