Breakfast

7 slices of Deep Fried Turkey Breast the 97% fat free kind - 60 cal.

1/2 c. Seasoned Tomatoes - 50 cal.

4″ of Sourdough Crusty Bread - 150 cal.

1 lite n fit yogurt - 60 cal.

Snack

1/2 c. of Guacamole - 187

15 tortilla chips - 150 cal.

Dinner

8 oz of baked tilapia -218

1/2 c. stewed tomatoes - 50 cal.

1/8 c. onions - 14 cal.

1 c. of white rice - 180 cal.

1/2 c. of guacamole -187

15 tortilla chips - 150 cal.

Snack

1 piece of whole wheat bread - 110 cal. (I’m never buying this bread again)

2 T of Penut Butter - 180 cal.

1 T of cinnamon an splenda - 0 cal.

1 lite n fit yogurt - 60 cal.

Total 1806/1800  ( I always over estimate…and here’s a case where I’ve gone over :D)
