I slept in and then made a nice breakfast for the family!
1 1/2 scrambled eggs with red and yellow bell pepper, 2 slices bacon, avocado, and cheese. 1/2 of a grapefruit, grapes, and 1 Cup decaf with TBS. creamer
12:00pm
Grande decaf nonfat pumpkin spice latte
1:00pm
1/2 slice of whole wheat flat bread with mustard and egg salad, H20 and a little bit of organic mango juice, an oreo cookie (my MIL made a picnic lunch for us).
6:00pm
2 small corn tortillas with marinaded carne asada (I bought pre-marinaded from La Superior), couple of TBS. sour cream and mozz cheese, and habenero sauce. Small salad with cucumber and ranch, Last of my water for the day. Ugh!
I also had about 7 pieces of caramel throughout the day!
Exercise
Walk through the park with the kids and 10 minutes of stretching

Snack-3 Chocolate Madeline cookies from Starbucks
Lunch-egg salad with whole wheat, slice of cheese, 2 oreo cookies
Dinner-1 corn tortilla with carne asada, sour cream, cheese, salad, cucumber, ranch

Breakfast-egg, grapes, bacon, 1 C milk, 1/2 container cottage cheese with strawberries
Lunch-egg salad, cheese, 1 C milk, 1/2 C of organic mango juice watered down
Dinner-Hawaiian roll, chicken, grapes, brown rice with peas
Bedtime-1 C milk
