I went to a wedding in Michigan last weekend. And guess what, as of Monday, June 22, my offical weigh in day I lost 2 more lbs. I ran across a podcast that has been very beneficial the last couple of weeks. fat2fitradio.com . Their theory is you eat the amount of calories you would need to maintain your goal weight. Under categories, then calories you got to How To Set Your Last Weight Loss Goal - Ever! it shows you how to calculate how many calories you would need to get to your goal weight by eating the number of calories you would eat to maintain your goal weight. It’s easy and you are never hungry. So I have been following this as well as not eating sugar. P.S. I did have a piece of wedding cake. But only one. and that makes 2 pieces of cake since 3/30/2009. and I lost 2 lbs.
