I have done real tood this week. Haven’t cheated once. In fact since I gave up sugar, I don’t have the cravings I use to.

Did elliptical each morning for 60 minutes at the Y. , and walked the dog 1 mile each morning. Must work out tomorrow.

House needs a cleanin, must do before granddaughter comes from Indiana.

Got to watch WEEDS now.

 

 

How to lose weight easily

I went to a wedding in Michigan last weekend. And guess what, as of Monday, June 22, my offical weigh in day I lost 2 more lbs. I ran across a podcast that has been very beneficial the last couple of weeks. fat2fitradio.com . Their theory is you eat the amount of calories you would need to maintain your goal weight. Under categories, then calories you got to How To Set Your Last Weight Loss Goal - Ever! it shows you how to calculate how many calories you would need to get to your goal weight by eating the number of calories you would eat to maintain your goal weight. It’s easy and you are never hungry. So I have been following this as well as not eating sugar. P.S. I did have a piece of wedding cake. But only one. and that makes 2 pieces of cake since 3/30/2009. and I lost 2 lbs.

Sugar is evil

I have decided that sugar is evil. I have had cake twice since March 30th. I weighed 268 lbs on April 6th. Now I weigh 249 as of last Monday. I don’t care what anybody says, if you just cut out sugar you will be doing yourself a favor. I am going for the “do it for 100 days and your life will be changed” routine. Of course I work out like a demon also. I get up at 4:30 and go to the YMCA and do the elliptical for an hour 5 days a week. I also walk the dog a mile before going to work. At least 3 days a week I go to the YMCA on my lunch hour. I have lost weight all but 1 week and that week I maintained. I eat a banana for breakfast, chili for lunch and chicken for dinner most of the time. I may deviate on the weekends, but still no sugar. Don’t eat it. It is evil. To Recap.
