2/8 - bike 3.5 miles
2/1 - ran 1.5 miles
1/27 - ran 1.5 miles
1/26 - ran 2 miles
1/19 - ran 2 miles
1/13 - 1/18 - i went to the gym all week, but i can’t remember what I did. lots of cardio though
1/12 - 3.10 miles on treadmill
1/11 - 3 miles walking with the kiddos
1/10 - 2.25 miles on treadmill; 4 hours of walking around St. Augustine. No idea mileage, but it had to be quite a bit
1/9 - rest day
1/8 - 1 hour of DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution) The workout mode said I burned 465k. I’ll take it!
1/7 - 10 miles on stationary bike - 50 minutes, 500 calories
1/6 - ran 3 miles - worst.run.ever.
1/5 - ran 3 miles; biked 3.35 miles
1/4 - walked 1.75 miles to church. Does grocery shopping count b/c I probably walk a mile in the store?
1/3 - rest day
1/2- run/walk 2 miles — only 996.5 in the 1000 in 2009 challenge!!
1/1 - run/walk 1.5 miles, bike 2 miles
