Blood, Sweat and Tears 2010
Exercise log for 2010.
My goal is to run 2-3 times a week, skate 2-3 times a week (which will be accomplished at least twice in practices and the other one time can take place for a run), and exercise every day even if it means doing a dance session with the kids in the living room.
