Total Calories for the day: 1098 - quite a bit lower than the 1200 I should “strive” to get each day. Well, maybe it was a little more b/c I ate 2 mini chocolate bars today so perhaps I was at 1200.
Exercise: 2 mile run

Yeah…that’s a nice one & while we’re on the subject, what is lemon verbena cottage cheese? Sounds yummy!
