My clean eating plan for the week: no unnecessary snacks (meaning if I need them to get to 1200 calories, they are okay — if not, they are off limits) and WATER!! Only one diet coke per day. I had gotten off my water track lately.

I’ve been good today. I’ve had no snacks as of yet, although the time between getting home from work is the toughest time for me. However, I am no where CLOSE to my calories so I should be okay having a banana. And I have not had any diet coke yet. That will be with dinner. And it’s probably why I am so freaking sleepy right this second… like seriously trying to keep my eyes open at my desk.

As for the 10 mile challenge, I will be getting in 2 tonight with my friend. I have updated my ipod so i have some new running music.

UPDATE    So I did a measly 1.5 miles today.  UGH… I’ll need to step it up the rest of the week.   As for clean eating… I have only had one diet coke today.  Actually, 1/4 of one… I’m still nursing it.   I had one snack when I got home..  a banana with PB and a slice of turkey.  Totally okay because i knew I needed the protein for my run.   Of course I haven’t had dinner yet.  What i cooked didn’t turn out at all, then i almost burned the house down heating something up while I was in the shower… so hubby was going out to the store and he will bring something home.   BUT, my clean eating challenge is snacking… so no matter what i eat… I’m in the clear!  HA HA!!!!
