It’s still moving up…
General February 23rd, 2009Ugh… stupid scale. Well, it’s not really the scales fault. Could have been the bag of tortilla chips I ate yesterday. Apparantly the 10 mile bike ride didn’t do anything to counter act it. Or maybe it did and I had acually gained MORE! Anyway, it has to stop now. (Yeah, yeah… I’ve said that before) I need to start logging everything again.. making sure I am not mindlessly snacking. Making sure I exercise!! I was doing so well and then… BAM.
Breakfast: w/w breakfast quesadilla - 220k
Lunch: Kashi Tuscan Veggie Lasagne - 290k; 2 pcs amish friendship bread - ?

Been there done that and then did it again. And again. With every bite that I want to take (that I shouldn’t) I have to remind myself that I have to stop SOMEWHERE. I can’t let this go further. I did way more damage than you have though! You are probably looking at a bit of fluid retention due to salt. Drink some water and flush off some pounds.
