General June 15th, 2008There is no longer anything resembling healthy food in my house. I have to buckle down this week since Friday is weigh in night. I’ve had some slips this past week and have to rectify them somehow. Lots of exercise and keeping on track!!
Happy Fathers Day to all father’s out there. My husband got to go diving for Fathers Day. He’ll be home sometime today. Works out because I don’t have to get him anything or take him out for dinner
I don’t think we’ve actually celebrated a Father’s Day together for about 2 or 3 years now. Something has always come up on that weekend that one of us is out of town. Oh well.

Yeah. Guess what is in my house? 360 calorie a slice CHEESECAKE (my husband’s favorite - it is for father’s day)…hold on while I have some self talk…I will not eat it, I will not eat it, I WILL NOT EAT IT!!!! I have my eye on some strawberries and bananas which is my current favorite fruit fix. That should keep me out of the danger zone.
Good luck this week. I have some work to do, too. I seem to be in a pattern of doing really well for a few days and then having a bad day and then repeating the whole thing over again. Those bad days are NOT going to get me to my shock and awe goal for when the inlaws arrive. Time to buckle down here too.

& I’ll add great job on running & doing a spinning class. I did a few of those a while back…possibly when they first invented spinning classes & hated them. Burning all those calories is great & I kinda liked the workout itself, but my butt never got used to the class
