I am still spaghetti legged. My butt still hurts from the seat. Spinning is definitely NOT my cup of tea!!

Went to the gym this morning and did week 4 day 1 of C25k. Results are on my C25k page. Read them there. Then I decided to try the spinning class. BIG MISTAKE I felt like I was going to throw up half way through. There was one other new “spinner” in the class. I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. I wasn’t able to do everything. I couldn’t stand up when everytime she wanted us too, or stand up only a little bit. But I kept spinning the whole time. I was SO glad when it was done. I wanted to quit part way through but I didn’t want to look like a wimp. I kept thinking to myself “I should have done the step class, I should have done the step class.” Next week I will be going to the step class.

After the gym, I took the kids to the pool. It felt good to get into the cool water. Then we went to lunch and came back and took a long nap. Then we went to the library and then dinner. Now we are back at the house just hanging out. I have laundry to fold, but I am putting it off.

Food has been not that great today, but not totally out of control either. Dinner was my only downfall:

Breakfast: 1/2 a W/W smoothie with strawberries and blueberries before the gym

Snack: 4 cantelope melon balls afer the gym. A handfull of goldfish at the pool

Lunch: 3/4 of a whole veggie sub from Firehouse Subs (no mayo); jalepeno potato chips

Dinner: Taco Salad from Tijuana Flats: lettuce, black beans, cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, salsa. And of course…… chips and queso. I am proud of myself though for getting the salad. I have never had one of their salads. I normally get tacos or nachos. But I opted for the more healthy choice. Baby steps.

Edited to add that I ate nine(NINE) bagel bites last night at like 11pm. Ugh
