Diet: I am failing

Ugh, today wasn’t a terrible day, but I made a few bad decisions. I resisted going out to lunch but then a few people wanted to go get ice cream after lunch so I went with them and got that AND onion rings (I didn’t eat all of them though). Then for dinner I ended up with a veggie sub (no cheese) and ate chips and salsa. I am hungry now and really want some pizza bagel bites but I am blogging instead of eating.
Breakfast: shredded wheat, strawberries, blueberries, splenda — core
Lunch: salad-homemade chili pinto beans, lettuce, red pepper, fat free cheese, fat free sour cream, salsa — all core
Dessert: 1/2 diet coke float; 3 onion rings — so definitely NOT core
Dinner: footlong veggie sub with fat free mayo, NO CHEESE — core except the bread; chips and salsa — NOT CORE
I am going to go to the gym first thing tomorrow morning. I have the kids all by myself and the kids klub (I hate that they spell it like that) is only open from 8-11. Even though it’s midnight, I know the kids will be up that early. There is a spinning class at 9 that I am sort of interested in trying. Burn 700 calories in 45 minutes — yeah, I’m there!! I plan on running first though or else I’ll never get on the treadmill after the bike.

Oh I know mine would be up that early! I got up at about 7:00 and they were already up.
The spinning looks so cool and the idea of that many calories is awesome. I would like to try it some day…for maybe five minutes!
The veggie ultimate grill from pizza hut was good. I had convinced myself that because the nutrition info online was for hand tossed, that I could NOT get pan because that would complicate my fitday logging. And it worked. Two pieces are 420 calories/16 fat grams and 7 grams of saturated fat. Not so bad for pizza. I hope they keep it on their menu. I also noticed that they had the fit and delicious pizza too. Maybe I will try that some day.
