Breakfast: shredded wheat, fat free milk, strawberries, splenda — all core

Lunch: salad with lettuce, fat free cheese, homemade chili pinto beans, hot sauce, salsa, fat free sour cream — all core

Snack: watermelon/cantalope ; frozen grapes — all core

Dinner: it went down hill from here. I was SO SO hungry. My feeling of just wanting to eat had not gone away. We went to Sweet Tomatos for dinner and I sort of overdid it. Lots of salad and lots of bread. Could have been worse I guess. There are so many other foods out there I could have over indulged on so I guess salad and bread isn’t all that bad.

Whew… now that’s over. I don’t feel like eating my weight in food (which would be an awful lot!). Tomorrow will be a challenge because I am taking the day off of work and taking my son to the beach.
