I know, I know, I said that last week.    And then what happened?  NOTHING!!  No posting.  BUT, I did lose 1.4 lbs over the past 2 weeks (I say 2 weeks b/c I did not weigh in last week since i was out of town)

I didn’t really stick to any sort of eating plan last week.  I didn’t go to the grocery store at all last week, so there was a lot of eating out.  That is always a dangerous situation.   But I did a lot of DDR this week.  I’ve been doing it for about an hour every night.  I am buring at least 170 calories every night.  It’s not much, but it’s something.  More than I was doing before anyway.
