It’s been a week or so since I posted.   I’ve been so busy.  Last week was absolute hell.  My eating plan was out the door.  I found out my dad has cancer, my daughter got sick, our vacation plans went up in the air when my MIL wasn’t sure if she was going to come in to watch the kids.  She was able to come in and my husband and I went to St. Augustine for the weekend.  I ate so much, and drank so much.  We walked alot though, so that probably helped.  I hope.   

I am back on track today though and I want to STAY on track!  I did DDR this evening and then did some arm exercises.  I have to get these wings under control!!  I want to look tight this summer since tank tops are my shirt of choice during the hell we experience here in FL.   People moved into the apartment below us, so I have to regulate my times of playing DDR.  I have to keep it before 9pm.  Usually I wouldn’t care too much, but the person who moved in works in the office as well.

I have about 10pts left today on my plan, but it’s so late, I’m not even going to worry about it.  I haven’t been to the grocery store yet, but I have vegetable lasagne in the freezer for tomorrow night.  I’ll be okay for a day or two.
