My new love ZUMBA fitness!

Okay so I found out about this program through a friend 3 and a half weeks ago! I went one time and fell in love! … With ZUMBA fitness. I enjoyed it so much I bought the dvds as well. I go to the classes 2-3 times a week and do the dvds on rotation 1-2 times a week! I already feel fimer and tighter. I’ve lost about 10 pounds and am so excited to lose more. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had losing weight. We wear hip scarfs with coins so that when you shake and move you have even more fun!. Can’t wait till Thursday to go again!
