Back on track….again. March 23, 2009
I didn’t make last week’s goal…no fancy award for me
I couldn’t even tell you what I did Friday night…hmmm. It seems so long ago. Anway I didn’t make it, but am DOING this week’s challenge. My eating has been out of control and I’m hoping this week will help get on the right track.
I started day 1 of the C25K challenge on Saturday. I’ll do day 2 tonight and then again on Wednesday. It felt great and I’m starting to look for some 5k’s to do at the end. Friday I am taking my kids to Columbus for the weekend and we are having girls night. Bw3’s and cosmic bowling!!! I am so flippin excited about bowling! I wonder if I can count the trips up the lane and back as mileage..lol. So kidding! Anyway, I need to make sure I save some points for dinner and drinks cause you better believe there will be drinks!
I am planning out my dinners this week. Dinner always seems to be a major issue for me. By the time I get home, I don’t want to cook then have to clean it all up. I’m headed to the grocery store today so I am completely prepared for ALL meals this week.
So far here’s my day:
B-Coffee-only 2 cups
I want more, lol, and oatmeal
L-Not quite sure yet
D- Whole wheat spaghetti with these Jennie-O turkey sausage things cut up and salad
Also, I’ve decided I’m weighing on Wednesdays again cause I just like it better!
