Week 2 March 16, 2009
I didnt get those 2 long workouts in. In fact, I didn’t work out at all. I did a lot of cleaning and running around this weekend, but I need to get my butt in gear because this week’s Slump Buster challenge is 250 minutes of exercise. Can’t be putting that off until Thursday. So…I do have quite a few errands to run after work. The plan is to start the 30DS AGAIN and see how my knee acts.
I weighed this morning and was down 2 lbs! Yeah!!! Once I am a member for 20 days(who came up with 20 days? I mean why not a full 3 weeks or something???) then I can post a cute little tracker. I am now 206 and am leaving for Mexico in 4 weeks. My goal is to be below 200 by then. It’s is attainable and I will stay focused darnit!!!
We went to a birthday party over the weekend and I was so proud of myself. I ate before I went and just snacked on some veggies. I also skipped the cupcake cause it didn’t really look that good. And it didn’t make a bit of difference once I left there. Tomorrow we are having a St. Patty’s Day carryin at work. There will be Ruby Tuesday sliders, a bunch of different kinds of soup, and lots of yummy desserts. I’m in the process of deciding what I will eat and points and all that. I’m trying to go in prepared!!!
