Ready or Not

A little peace and quiet

I have  a lot of kids!!  Well, actually I have five kids, and for some people this is not a lot of kids, and normally I don’t even think that they are hard to handle… but on very rare occasions, I think to myself, WOW THIS IS ALOT OF KIDS!!!  There is noise, and toys, and laundry… and hugs and laughing and fun and learning… and it is totally worth it!  But sometimes I crave quiet.. like tonight.  My family is all in bed, and I am alone….sigh, lovely,  and  I am looking forward to the morning when my youngest one will come in and say ‘Momma can I snuggle up in your bed? ’

I am finding it hard to find the time to walk, I like walking because it is quiet and I can do it anywhere… the problem is finding the time.  Maybe I should say that I am not MAKING the time.. hmm, this sounds more like it, I can make the time to have coffee with a girlfriend, or shop.  Okay, well, that is all the patience I have for self discovery tonight.  Basically, I HAVE to make the time to walk, or this weight is never gonna come off…
