This is my hubby and me back in December 2007. I was 285 lbs. at the time.
Then this is my official “before” picture, taken 7/22/08 at 270.4 lbs.
Then here are my progress photos, taken 11/23/08 at 243.4 lbs.
These next ones are at 233.8 lbs (FINALLY FIFTY POUNDS LOST!!!)
(and yes, I became a blonde! ha!):

Below are two more headshots, the first one from January 2008,
the second one from April 2009. In the first one I was in the dining car on a train
and I just remember feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin that day.

Now it’s January 2011 and I gained all that weight back, plus about 10 lbs.
I swore I would never do that, would never return to feeling this way.
But I did.
I cannot, however, change the past. But I can change the path before me.
And I’m back here… to do just that.

All I can say is “WOW!!!” You look great! The difference between 12/07 and 1/09 is awesome. Like 2 different people. I am so happy for you Eileen. Keep on going to goal, you’ve proven that you have what it takes.
