Wow, dramatic drop on the scale this morning. Seems to happen the day after I’m sick - but heck, I’ll take it. I’m thinking the rest day allows for some swelling to subside?
That said, I’m back on the tennis circuit again. =D Went to the courts with my co-workers this afternoon and it was windy and overcast and not quite so hot as it has been, so that was really nice. We played for an hour and I honestly felt I could continue even longer but I am, after all, the boss and we kinda had to get back to work.

I loved reading about your day with hubby and visiting the motorbike gear shop (that’s my Beloved’s idea of a good time, too). And I loved your wise words about looking after ourselves first and then being in a position to help others.
I feel very guilty that I haven’t been keeping up with your challenges, but I’m good to go for June because I’ve joined Curves! So proud of myself for doing that. Now I have a reason to get out of the house (ticks for socialising and looking after mental health) and I have a focus and goal for exercising.
Good job on the weight loss Eileen! Woohoo!

Have been ill the last few days and this is the first time I have managed to log on…first time I have really managed to stay out of bed for most of the day! Eileen if you use Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, you can activate Twitterfox. It pops up a little box in the lower right hand and shows a tweet that has been made. This way you don’t have to ‘remember’ to log in to check tweets. The little box can be minimized, and has a section for you to type in your tweet. You can still reply to others as well. It’s pretty handy.
For the longest time I avoided switching to Mozilla Firefox but when I did I was really happy with the instant changes. I still have IE installed and use either one.
