3RD PLACE GOES TO GOODLIFE!!!!

Each of you can right-click on your Challenge Medal
and “Save Picture As” to collect your graphic.
(You can insert the graphic into your widget, umm, if you can figure out how.)
Your medals will also be posted on the
www.w8challenge.com website in the Hall of Fame!!
AWESOME JOB EVERYONE!!
PS Delita, I changed your password into w8c. The other one was so negative it was killin’ me to type it!! Your new one is all letters, all lower-case, eight letters long, and it’s an intense and difficult but really rewarding part of your life now - I think your son introduced you to it? =D I can change it again if’n ya want!
Edited to add:
I went back and looked to see how I’d added pictures to my widgets. I added a text box (“Arbitrary Text or HTML”) and then inserted HTML language into it. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow a right-click for paste, so I had to type it in manually. But here’s the language, in case you want to link to my images.

eileen this is so cool. this feels great. i can’t believe i actually managed to get third place. thanks again
WOW!
I was so excited this morning on our walk to the pond I swung my arms, did pushups on the backs of the benches, leg lifts and lunges… then I extended our walk for an extra 15 minutes. This is very motivating! I’m not competitive against other people but I am very interested in accountability and this system you’ve worked out really works for me.
April will be harder, because I added another part to my daily food goal, and though I usually stay under my calorie goal I don’t always hit the new fat gram goal… but it’ll make me try that much harder, right?
Thanks for all you’ve done!!
Congratulations to the winners!
This month I’m going to try to hit 40 stars woo! Today I’m hoping to start that podcast, my nose is still stuffed up and I’m coughing so we’ll see… Worst comes to worst I’m doing some weights!
Eileen,
In case I haven’t said it before, thanks so much for taking the time to put all of this together. It’s amazing how motivating these little stars can be. For April I’m shooting for at least 70 stars!!!
Wow! 70 stars woohooo!!!
And yeah, who would’ve guessed the power of a little star?!?
