Off to the Mountains!

Hey, things have been crazy with Christmas and the bathroom remodel and getting ready for our vacation trip!  I took Cmas eve & day off from the diet but I’m right back on track today.  Weighed in this morning at 242, so my lovely stall is still in effect (22 days and counting, LOL).  At least I didn’t gain a buncha weight over the last two days so I’m hoping it will be followed then (logically) with a loss.  Finally.  I hope.

We’re leaving soon for North Carolina - and there’s no internet at the cabin so — see ya next year!!

Hugs Hugs Hugs,

Eileen

Have a wonderful time in the mountains, make sure to post some pictures.

And I would guess that if you haven’t gained over the last 2 days that you’ll definitely be ready for a loss when you get back on track. You are truly an inspiration.

Enjoy your time! I’m missing my NC but it sure is beautiful here in CO, too - love these blue skies, sunshine and mountains, just what I’m hoping you’ll have there. Congrats on your success this week, and yes, every plateau is followed by a loss, so long as you stay on track and don’t get sidetracked. Happy New Year to you! Delita

NC, eh? You’re in my neck of the woods. I hope you enjoyed the weather. The few days after Christmas were positively gorgeous. We took Small Frye (our pup) on two long 5-mile walks, in shorts and tees! Of course I woke up this morning with a thick layer of ice on the windshield. Can’t we at least get some snow? Sheesh. Have a great vacation!
