I’ve been … away.
I’m still counting my calories every day… but I’m not exercising and therefore not losing any weight.
On the other hand, I’m not gaining, either.
*Sigh.* I looked around at other blogs yesterday and I saw the same thing in a couple others… people who are becoming frustrated and dropping off for a break, hopefully not a permanent one.
I need renewed ATTITUDE.

I feel your frustration! It is hard to stick to a plan. But, (there always is one
) this is the best time for fresh fruits! Load up on them and snack freely on them. They are cheap sweet and delicious. I cut watermelon and pinapple up and take it to work with me. That is what I snack on. It is sinfully sweet, with no added sugar or anything. It is like a present for yourself!
