Pros and Cons

Pros and Cons to eating healthier and getting more exercise.

Pros-
-Fresh fruits and vegitables are more natural for my body to digest.
-I will lose weight and be able to fit into normal clothes.
-I will be healthier and have a lessened risk of many deseases.
-I will still be able to eat all of the foods that i love, some of them will just have to be in moderations and others will have to be slightly modified versions.
-When i decide to have a child, it will have a better chance at being healthy if i am healthy.
-I will look beautiful in a wedding dress.
-I will be able to run a 5k with my little sister.

Cons-
-I wont be able to eat the foods i really enjoy as much.
(–Solution–  I can eat them just as often, just not the same portions.  I can make healthier, modified versions of my favorite foods that taste just as good, or even better, than the originals.)
-I dont have much healthy food in the house.
(–Solution__  When i get a job, i will help with the grocery shopping to make sure that the foods i need are on the list.  Convence my mom to get groceries that are healthy for everyone.)
-Maybe i’m too tiard to exercise.
(–Solution– I will exercise in the mornings, that way the exercise will help me wake up and i will not yet be exausted from a day of work/chores.)
