Yesterday’s Workout: JM riped in 30
Today is a new day and as I stood in front of my mirror with my bra and panties on I realized something…My ass and legs look amazing and I can see my stomach is toning up and getting some definition in it. Now don’t get me wrong those pesky love handles sure need to go away, but I’m starting to enjoy my new body and the way it’s transforming. Note to self: Do not self sabotage!!!
I think not only with the weight loss it’s time to get my life in order!
First things first:
Send out my resume and cover letter to other jobs
Get all I can out of my benifits: IE: Dental and Glasses.
BUDGET BUDGET BUDGET!
Workouts: Tower Stairclimb 760 stairs, up and down.
Possibly Bob Harper’s Cardio DVD (Gotta work at job #2 at 5)
Calorie Intake Goal: 1700
