yesterday was amazing. Went out with some very old friends I hadn’t seen in a very long time and laughed very very hard. Had 2 lite beers and was worried about weight but this morning I was down to 212.4 so that’s pretty awesome. Hopefully I can keep it that way for sundays official weigh in

another successful day
sooooooo tired. Thankfully I have tomorrow off. Just did TJ:Cardio Party… Whew I really didn’t think I’d make it through all DF minutes but I did. I’m so shocked! Sweat up a storm!! ![]()

another successful (but long day) weighed in at 214.8 today so awesome. I’m exhausted (did my 20 min TJ) and I’m off to bed now… 9 hr day of work tomorrow plus commute ugh…

another successful day. Weighed in at 215.6. I feel that this week will see a much more significant loss but I’m happy with this since during the week I was fluctuating up to 219 with all the water I was drinking. I forgot to mention that I took a 35 min walk yesterday and drank 100 oz of water. Today I did a 1 mile WAP and about 90 oz of wateter.

breakfast: fiber one cereal w skim milk
lunch: scrambled egg beaters w 2 boca sausage links, 1 bagel thin w jam
snack: low fat string cheese, appke, banana
dinner: peas, maybe 2 oz. of roasted chicken a salad w nonfat dressing and a very small potato wite sour cream (1 tsp-2)
dessert: chocolate vitatop muffin and jello w nonfat whipped cream

breakfast: 1 c. Fiber 1 honey clusters cereal w 3/4 c. Skim milk
lunch: spinach salad w tomatoes and less than a Tbsp of lite dressing
and a fiber bar
snack: low fat string cheese
dinner: scrambled eggs, 1 bagel thin(whole wheat) Tbsp strawberry jam, 3 boca sausage links
snack: low fat string heese
water: 100 oz
exercise : 40 min. Walk
all in all good food day… Work was hectic and stressful and tomorrow marks my first day working saturdays at this job… Soooooo no sleeping in

breakfast: 1 c. fiber 1 clusters w 3/4 c. skim milk and a banana
snack: banana
lunch: lean gourmet lasagna
snack fiber 1 bar
dinner: boca burger on bagel thin (whole wheat) with tomatoes and ketchup
dessert: fiber 1 bar and low fat string cheese
water: 100 oz
exercise: 30 min walk and Turbojam: 20 min.

Another successful day!!
breakfast:cheerios w skim milk and a banana
lunch: chicken curry salad (no bread)
snacks: 2 bananas and a fiber plus antioxidant bar (choc chip)
dinner: chicken peppers onions and broccoli sauteed and noodles
dessert: apple cake with a little bit of vanilla ice cream
water: 100 oz
exercise: 21 minute walk and TurboJam: 20 minute
im pretty happy about the day, im proud i could stick to eating only one of the fiber bars cuz theyre so yummy and i usually eat the whole box lol i also got a fair amount of veggies and fruits
plus the exercise… and water
success feels so good…

Another good day. I went to work came back and did both of my workouts.
Breakfast: cheerios w skim milk and a banana
Lunch: Chicken salad on bagel thin
Snacks: grapes and a banana
Dinner: chicken peppers onions (sauteed” with soy sauce an wheat noodles
Dessert: oatmeal w 2 tsp brown sugar
water: 100 oz
exercise: 30 min. walk/jog and TurboJam: 20 min.

Today was a pretty great day. I feel like i did back in week 1 of my journey. I got my walk in and my Turbo Jam which im very pleased about. Halfway through the TJ i was feeling quite worked out lol and by the end i was drenched in sweat, which reminded me of how much i loved it before. the high of TJ lol its the only way i can describe it. now tomorrow will be the challenge, leave for work at 730 get back around 730… hmmm… ill do what i have to.

lunch: chicken salad (light) on whole wheat bagel thin
snack: canteloupe and a banana, i slice raisin toast w lite smart balance
dinner: 1 slice pork, mashed potato, sweet potato, 1/4 apricot squash
water: 100+ oz.
exercise: 22 minute walk and Turbojam: 20 min.
