Make 2014 Your Goal Year!

So, basically this page will be for me to track my 2014 progress in a summarised way. I’ve started a thread on the website. Find the first thread here! In 2014 I want to get to my goal! I’ve been going up and down for the last year and a half but this time I want to get to where I want to be. January 1st 2014 I’m going to change my ways. My thread is simple: There will be 6 challenges during the year. This is to help each and everyone to stay on track with just a challenges to get to a particular time during the year rather to stay focused for a full year.

Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th)
Start weight: 146.6
End weight: 143.2 (-3.2)
Comments: Well, I won’t lie, this was challenging. But I did have some really good weeks and then a string of off weeks. But I’m hanging in there and have increased my gym workouts now that I’ve motivation to go as I’ve friends who have since joined. Need to continue to watch my eating and continue to cut down on that junk food!

Challenge 2: Valentine’s Day until Easter Sunday (February 14th to April 20th)

End weight:152 (+9.8)
Comments:I can’t really say much. I was away for two weeks and struggled for the rest of the challenge.
