Weight Loss Resources
Some of the things I post here may be well known to 3FCers.
I’ll start by saying I have never been on a fad diet. I have joined Weight Watchers several times, and Jenny Craig. I lost significant weight on both programs — and gained back all that weight. I learned a great deal about nutrition and eating habits from both programs that have shaped how I eat now (the balance of proteins, carbohydrates, fat, dairy, fruits and vegetables I eat in general is directly from JC).
