Weight-In: Week 5 and the Plateau is BUSTED!!

Today;’s weight: 268.4, down 2.4 pounds from last week, 12.8 from beginning this blog, 31.6 from top weight. I’ll take it. Faithful readers, the dread plateau IS NO MORE!! It seems that increasing my calories for just a few days has given us the breakthrough!

Weigh-in: End of Flat Belly 28 Day Plan

My new weight: 269.4! This met my second mini-goal: to complete the 28 day plan. Total lost: 11.8 pounds in 32 days.

I’m still doing a lot of adjusting (new calorie levels, menus, shopping, cooking, exercising, logging food, blogging, etc…) LOL And, I’m delighted with my new middle digit. Now I need to set a new mini-goal!

Progress: Ready to Increase Calories

Having completed the 28-day plan on the Flat Belly Diet, and, having experienced a plateau effect already, and, having begun exercising while pursuing that part of the program… it is time to raise my calorie levels. WooHoo!
