Don’t forget that moving is one of the most stressful life events, so it’s normal that you’d let the wt loss efforts fall back a bit right now - you cant maintain burning the candle at both ends for too long.

My university has the only chick-fil-a in Michigan…something hubby takes advantage of every week, I suspect, but I’ve managed to say no all but one time in the last 3 years. I just know that once I say “yes,” a resounding “yes” to their tasty nuggets, I’m done for.
