Very happy to be focusing on *something* the right direction. =)

The main problem with eating breakfast so late was that turned into brunch or lunch and that pushed all my mealtimes back until I was eating pretty late at night. Now that breakfast is moving earlier, I can see there is hope to move that last food of the day earlier which should really help.

My one off-program drink so far is coffee. Tea without sugar counts as on program because my understanding is it is good for me. =)

Well, HELLO, DELITA!!!

What did I do today that was good for me? I read a comment from my old friend Delita. A comment that said, “Sorry to hear that things haven’t improved since last year.”

“Last year???!!!”

You’re right. I’m still dealing with the same issues from a year ago. I’ve lost another year and I’m still worrying and stressing about the same things.

You really opened my eyes with that comment and it’s brought about an awareness of where I’ve been and where I need to go. Thank You!

As for you…Look atcha! You’ve done an amazing job! Keep it up, woman! I’m so proud of you!
