What I did yesterday was pick up some grape soda - which is okay because it satisfies the craving without generating more craving.
If I can hang in there today and tomorrow, on drinking water, on the tea and dew, I’ll consider this water watching a GREAT success. But then weigh-in is Wednesday…
I’m really resisting the urge to start going crazy on watching the eating, too.
