One pound. But, that puts me back at my lowest weigh-in weight, back where I was two weeks ago. 68 pounds down from top weight; 49.2 below where I started again last August. I’ll take it.
Obviously this is good, but a trend would be better. I’m grateful. 82 pounds to goal.

One pound! Congrats! I have been in plateau city for a while too and fell ya on that. One pound is closer, you should be proud of yourself. AND MOVING?! WHOA!

That is fantastic. You have lost so much weight, it’s just brilliant and you are well on that road to success. Sometimes I think I hate what I have now, but it isn’t true. I love what I have, this wonderful life, it’s just that I feel as if I’m wearing a fatsuit and there’s stuff I’m missing out on because of that.
