I hafta tell ya… I’ve been doing pretty good on food since joining Eileen’s Challenge. But tonight I forfeited my gold star for a taste of maybe not roses, but still, it was sweet. Okay, okay, no details. But it was nice, not even great, just nice.
I really do believe in stopping to smell the roses, in all areas of life. =)

hveeck , I wouldn’t worry about it. I’m a firm believer that it is not the occasional aberration but the regular steps off the main path that get us. Besides, you have a great track record and so much to be happy about. I’m liking the lol cats! Delita

Eileen, it only stands to reason! Yes, it is fun, but I’m just so grateful for that little extra spurt of inspiration to eat on program (pass up the little opportunities that are *off*) and to not skip my workouts. Which, btw, are wearing me out. I think I’ve been sore everyday for a month! This is a good thing! LOL Thanks again for heading it up. GREAT ideas! Delita
