I’m so glad to have made it this long still blogging, still weighing in, still paying attention to eating and doing a much better job at eating right, back again on excercise
The bad news is, in the last month my weight loss has really slowed and this week it was all I could do to hold it at zero loss, zero gain - no change.
I am down lower than I could even imagine a few months ago. That’s the *more* good news.
What am I doing? I’m eating better than ever but not tracking foods. I’m back to working out and working out HARD!
I’m thinking I will just have to keep concentrating on food and working out, and, if the plateau doesn’t bust this week, I’ll try changing the food up some.
Hmmm… Still 7.8 pounds above the halfway point. I sooooo want to drop another 10 pounds or so and get soldily back into Misses sizes. I’m hovering right where I was after I moved to NC in ‘95 and could no longer wear the Misses.
Three week average loss: .8 pounds per week. I’m also sitting at 49.4 pounds down from where I started last August, so I’d like get past that 50 mark. The grand total is still 67.2 pounds lost.
If I do a good loss this week, or even a moderate loss, this may just be an adjustment my body is making. Otherwise, change will have to come!
