Weigh-in: Week 33, Down Again

One pound. But, that puts me back at my lowest weigh-in weight, back where I was two weeks ago. 68 pounds down from top weight; 49.2 below where I started again last August. I’ll take it.
Obviously this is good, but a trend would be better. I’m grateful. 82 pounds to goal.

Weigh-in: Week 31, Taking Territory!

This week posted a 0.8 loss, for which I am very grateful. It has taken me 3 weeks to lose 2 pounds, and I’ve pretty much been fighting for every inch of territory taken back.

Loss this week: 1.2 pounds. This is a three-week average of 1.9, a nine-week average of 1.7 which is about my overall average. Loss for the Month of February: 5.6 pounds. I am 7.8 pounds above the halfway point, my next goal. Loss since August 10: 48.4; total loss: 67.2; pounds to goal: 82.8.
