Just realized. Six months, 44 pounds. Why, that is 7.3 pounds lost per month, almost 1.7 pounds per week. And of course with the previous 17.8, a grand total loss of 61.8 (but not in six months).
WOW!
It is just starting to sink in. I would have never set my goal that high. I mean, I would not have thought it was possible. Especially, of course, for me. My biggest concern at the first was that I would stick with it a month, then at least two. My hope was for a pound a week, or less.
Now my thoughts have turned toward making sure I change as my body’s needs change. I mean, I’m sure I’ll have to change things up at some point and I have *got* to start exercising again.
But for now, wow. I mean, WOW!
