This doesn’t mean I skipped a week, but somewhere back there I got off track on my weekly numbers. This really is the end of week 25, since the day I started back dieting and began this blog: August 10, 2008. This means next Sunday will be 1/2 year!!
Today — drumroll — down two pounds. Total loss since top weight: 61.6 pounds!! WooHoo!! (New badge in the left hand column.) That is a 3-week average loss of 2 pounds per week, a 9-week average of 1.82 pounds per week, and, down 42.8 pounds since August.
My weight is now below where it was when my son got married, 11 years ago this Valentine’s day. WooHoo! My 20W sizes are hanging on me, and I’m determined not to buy anything larger than an 18 Misses size.
Did you know that a misses 18 is a size smaller than an 18 women’s size? I was trying to get into the 18W but went ahead and tried on a few 18 misses last week and they fit. =D Barely, but not too tight. I’m in the “regular” clothes now!
If I could get to exercising for a few weeks AND drop 10 more pounds, the 18 misses would be skimming me instead of hugging me! LOL And, I get to get a whole new wardrobe! The Lord will provide. =D
