Weigh-in: Week 23, 5 Months!

And I’m still here! Yea! I remember one of my first goals was to make it to the end of the month, which made 3 weeks, in August.

Yep, down 1.6 to 240.4, a total loss of 59.6, down 40.8 since beginning this time on August 10. 40 pounds! Three week average: 1.87 pounds per week. Nine week average: 1.78 pounds lost per week. I’m still not doing much more than trying to eat good stuff and avoid the things I know give me trouble.

I’ll take it! And, I’m still blogging and determined to get back to that more. Exercise. Next goal exercise.

Yay! I bet by your next weigh-in you’ll be in the 230s. Keep up the great work.

My next goal is to get below 223 (my lowest weight I can remember as an adult). This morning I was 237 so it should be here fairly soon :)

Congratualtions! All your hard work is really paying off, isn’t it? Smile. What sort of exercise do you like doing; swimming, walking, what?
My next goal is…to work out every day this coming week! I’m not worrying about my mass, I just want to get into the habit of an everyday workout, you know? That way, when I really start to focus on my food intake I’ll already have the exercise part of the equation (the harder part, for me) taken care of.

So close to that 60 pound mark! What a great incentive to keep moving and working out.

My goal this week is to do more exercise too.

spook, I did that years ago, early on on efc, started a thread on forming the habit of exercise. WTG! I have fallen for CrossFit, and will get back to it! Thanks for your encouragement! Delita

Delita, you are doing so good!! I am off the FBD site and doing it on my own. I know what to do, I just am still so wishy-washy with my habits. Your progress is a real motivator for me. I will be tuning in to your blog a lot more. LOL, Mel from FBD
