Down 2.4 pounds, down 58 pounds since top weight, down 39.2 pounds since beginning again last August, 5 months and 8 days ago. That is an average for the last three weeks of 2 pounds per week. And my waist just hit 45″ for the first time in years, down 13 inches! I’m liking this word “down!”
Still haven’t gotten back to exercising, but eating is back completely off wheat and extremely low on sugar/honey (mostly fresh fruit). The main thing I’m doing is trying to eat big protein for breakfast, usually 3-5 eggs plus chicken livers or fish or such, plus a green veggie and a good fat. That makes breakfast the *big* meal of the day, and I do try not to eat heavy late. I’m working on drinking water and have about 4 cups of green tea each day.
Obviously this is working. I’m VERY grateful, but sure do want to get back to exercising. Cannot SAY how exciting this is to be a the low end of the LOW 240ies.
My mind doesn’t grasp this range, but I’m working on it. Is it true that in a week or two I could be in the 230ies??? Wow. I need to meditate on this and get my mind re-adjusted.
