This week was down two pounds from last week, down .2 pounds from Thursday, my monthly weigh-in. In any case, I will take it. These maintain my *low end* of the upper 240ies, an exciting place to be, and have me all excited about getting into the lower 240ies.
The difference is that I’ve lost weight down to the upper 240ies three times in the last 12 years, but have not made it into the lower 240ies in the last twelve years except when I was sick. Also, If I lose another 5-10 pounds, I’ll need most of a new wardrobe.
The Lord will provide! I remember the first time I gained up into the 260ies He gave me a whole new wardrobe of clothes in better brands than I normally buy. This is getting very exciting!

I’m tending to eat 1-2 big meals of good food and need to break that up into 3 or more smaller meals of good food. A good thing is that I am still losing without following a specific plan, the bad thing is, with a plan I would probably be making better choices.
