Oh, this knocked my socks off this morning! Well, truthfully I had removed my socks before stepping on the scale but wow! For the last week, the days I got on the scale were mostly showing high - several pounds high - for no apparent reason. I was NOT looking forward to my monthly weigh-in even though I knew the pounds showing up were bloat or something.
246!!! Yet another new low on this journey on down. I re-weighed several times and decided to go with the majority opinion: 246.2, but that is down 7.2 for the month! My best month since my jump start in August! Wow! and in December, too! Now this is pretty much the beginning of the range I would like to stay in all year, 7-10 pounds per month, maybe average 8-9 pounds.
I’m determined to start back exercising again, today, too. And post a Happy New Year post. But right now I have to get busy. Must eat. Must clean. Must get ready. The kids are on their way home! Happy New Year, every one! Let’s make this our BEST YEAR EVER!!
