And I’m still here! Yea! I remember one of my first goals was to make it to the end of the month, which made 3 weeks, in August.
Yep, down 1.6 to 240.4, a total loss of 59.6, down 40.8 since beginning this time on August 10. 40 pounds! Three week average: 1.87 pounds per week. [...]
