Weigh-in: Week 17, HALLELUJAH!

Weigh in today at 249.2! This marks so many milestones.

Over 30 pounds lost since beginning again, 17 weeks ago.
Over 50 pounds lost since my top weight 4 years, 5 months ago.
Down 2.4 pounds this week.
1/3 of weight loss goal - GONE!
Less than 100 pounds to go to GOAL! WooHoooooo!

Weigh-in: Week 16, Big Loss!

Okay, this week fooled me. I was concerned that I might not lose but did — 3.2 pounds! My concerns were based on only exercising once and not eating enough protein or calories. But — I was wrong. And I’m so glad!

Start Where You Are and Take ONE Step

It’s that first step that gets you. Sure, many of us don’t finish what we start. But an even bigger problem is we seldom start the very things we most want to finish.
I’ve learned a secret.

Start from where you are.
Take one step.
Repeat.

WooHoo! With another loss last night I weighed in for the month at 253.4, down another 5.8 from last month. That is 5.8 two months in a row, 11.6 pounds for the two months and 46.6 pounds down from my top weight.
