Down .8 this week, to 248.0, a number that is looking good to me. This is where my weight was in 1998, 10 years ago. I believe I got back down to it once in maybe 2001, but never since then, except when sick.
That is a 52 pound loss from my top weight, and, a 30.2 pound loss since starting this blog last August! WooHoo! This is BELOW the lowest weight I reached 4 years ago, so I can now let that *re-gain* of 34 pounds go and move on.
I will admit I am doing very little to maintain a loss these days, mainly just trying to eat good stuff and avoid the bad stuff, so very grateful to see the scale continuing to inch down. I just realized it has been almost 5 months this time, and, I believe it is thanks to you chickies, I AM STILL GOING!!
And, just noticed, I’m having my best month since my jump start in August. WooHoo! Also, *only* 23 pounds to go to my next real goal, but really, almost anything under 245 will be territory I can’t even remember seeing. Can’t tell you how excited I am to be here and to be *this close* to beating that number!
