Okay, this week fooled me. I was concerned that I might not lose but did — 3.2 pounds! My concerns were based on only exercising once and not eating enough protein or calories. But — I was wrong. And I’m so glad!
Top weight was 300 so this is 48.4 pounds down, almost 30 pounds since starting this time, last August. Very exciting! Today was lentil stew made with fresh veggies and ground white turkey. Yum!
